Dr. He has over 40 years in mine design and development. He has participated a number of NI-43-101 reports, due diligence, exploration plan, mining design in Canada, China, D.R.Congo, Indonesia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Zambia, Zambabwe, the Philippines, Vietnam and Cambodia.

He is the Senior Mining Consultant of Zinjin Mining and CAMCE currently. And he was the Chief Mining Enginneer of Liberty Mining Canada.
